1. Wheelset
There is an insulated sleeve and an insulated inner and outer pad between the wheels and axles of the electric flatbed. The insulation sleeve is made of nylon and has high mechanical properties. After the wheels are insulated, the KPD series electric flatbed can use two tracks as two conductive tracks. The shaft material is made of 45 # steel quenched and tempered, and the wheel material is made of cast steel 55 #. The wheel surface is quenched, and the bearing is a double row radial spherical roller bearing, which can automatically compensate for the deformation deviation of the frame.
The wheelset is installed under the frame beam through a flat bearing seat, and is fixed on each side by four bolts. This structure effectively reduces the height of the desktop, improves lateral stability, enhances bearing capacity, and allows the frame to withstand stress.
2. Overall layout and framework
The KP series electric flat car is mainly composed of a frame system, transmission (driving wheel set), passive wheel set, electrical control, etc.
The frame is a framework structure consisting of four longitudinal beams and multiple beams welded to the base plate. Usually, large channel steel is used as the longitudinal and transverse beams of the frame, with bearings bearing at eight points and the frame subjected to uniform stress. The flat bearing seat on the wheelset is connected to the frame by bolts. This structure effectively reduces the height of the table.
There is a connecting hook at the front and rear of the electric flatbed. If necessary, you can pull other flatcars or be towed. There are lifting holes on both sides of the flat car for lifting.
The KPJ flatcar is powered by cable reels, the KPX flatcar is powered by battery packs, and the KPD flatcar is powered by low-voltage tracks. The axles are insulated and equipped with conductive devices. The car is equipped with a step-up transformer. The supplied electrical energy is controlled by the electrical system to move the flatbed forward or backward.
