3) Within 2 hours of receiving a users repair call, respond and propose a solution. If the phone conversation fails to resolve the issue, arrive at the scene within 48 hours.

4) Free technical guidance will be provided after the warranty period has expired, and corresponding fees will be charged for replacing and repairing parts.

5) Provide free operation and maintenance related materials to ensure that the personnel of Party A can independently operate, use, and maintain them on a daily basis.

6) The company establishes after-sales tracking service files for its products, conducts regular follow-up visits to record the usage of the products, provides comprehensive and multi-dimensional technical consultation, technical training, and technical services to help users solve all problems related to the products until they are satisfied.
