Vehicle body: The vehicle body is not deformed, the platform is flat without any dents, and the whole vehicle is clean. Electrical part: The sliding wire and slider (cable) have good contact, move flexibly, and the wire frame is firm and intact (or the battery is fully charged). Electrical switches are sensitive and easy to use. The electric bell sounded loudly. All electrical appliances have good insulation. Other parts: Complete maintenance information and cleanliness. The equipment components are complete.

2. For vehicles with low battery power supply, the battery should be promptly withdrawn and charged as required, and replaced with a backup battery for operation. The replacement and charging of batteries should be the responsibility of a dedicated person. Before leaving work, the load must be unloaded and the power must be cut off, and cleaning must be carried out according to the regulations.

3. It is strictly prohibited to use equipment beyond the standard or load. When transporting heavy objects, they must be placed steadily and gently to ensure even weight distribution, and it is strictly prohibited to be overweight.

4. Regularly check the operation of each part. If the temperature of the motor or bearing rises or abnormal sounds are found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection. Do not drive the level car to top, collide, tow, or pull vehicles on the railway. The forward and backward direction signs are obvious, consistent with the reverse and forward direction of the switch. Operators are strictly prohibited from leaving or entrusting someone to manage the equipment in operation.

5. Before starting the equipment, a signal must be sent out first, and the direction of movement must be checked to ensure that there are no people or obstacles before starting. The start and stop should be smooth and not collide with the end stop rail. When the start switch cannot move, it should be checked immediately to prevent burning out the motor or causing other accidents. When changing the direction of motion, it is necessary to wait until the motion has completely stopped before starting in the opposite direction.

6. Strictly follow the lubrication chart of the equipment for refueling, achieving the "five determinations" (timing, fixed point, fixed quantity, fixed quality, fixed personnel). After refueling, the lid of the oil cup (pool) should be closed.
