The motor adopts a disc rotor brake motor, which can meet the requirements of short distance parking for level vehicles. The brake motor is equipped with double-sided brake discs. When the motor is powered off, the brake spring acts and the motor is in a braking state. And the motor brake is equipped with a manual brake release device, which can manually open the brake for emergency operation.
4. Steering system: The steering adopts an electro-hydraulic combination mechanism, with accurate control of the steering angle to avoid tire eating.
5. Power supply system: High performance traction batteries are selected to maintain a long lifespan even under high current discharge conditions. The charging adopts a fully automatic intelligent charger. One click operation, automatic power-off when fully charged. The charger has a staged quasi constant voltage and constant current automatic charging function, and its charging curve fully conforms to the charging characteristics of lead-acid batteries. It also has complete protection functions such as short circuit, overcurrent, battery reverse connection, and no-load. The power supply system has power monitoring and feeding alarm prompt functions.
6. Control system: composed of control circuit, remote control device, safety protection system, etc. The control system can achieve the following functions:
1) Realize soft start, smooth walking, soft stop, and emergency stop of the motor through the driver. Ensure smooth operation and emergency braking of the platform vehicle.
2) The driver adopts an imported electronic control assembly, which is equipped with functions such as short circuit protection and motor overload protection.
3) Flat cars can automatically slow down when passing through turning sections to ensure safety, and can also automatically accelerate when passing through straight sections to improve efficiency.
4) The flat car can automatically increase the motor output torque when passing through uphill sections, and automatically reduce power when passing through downhill and straight sections; Avoiding the situation of a large horse pulling a small car, greatly improving the batterys endurance while meeting normal usage requirements.
5) The electrical components of the flatbed are sourced from brands such as Siemens, Schneider, Omron, etc., to enhance product stability.
