1. Car frame

The workbench is equipped with detachable inspection holes, and there are four lifting holes or hooks on both sides of the frame for lifting and flipping. The longitudinal and transverse beams of the frame are made of the same grade I-beam and channel steel combination, and the workbench panel is made of high-quality carbon steel plate. The frame strength is designed to be 1.25 times the rated load, ensuring that the frame does not deform when loaded with a certain impact load
2. Drive device
This series of electric flatbed trucks adopts the XQ series DC traction motor, which has a wide speed range, smooth speed regulation characteristics, strong overload capacity, large starting and braking torque, small energy loss during speed regulation, easy control, and high reliability. The reducer adopts the heavy-duty standard of the lifting and transportation industry, specially designed for hard toothed flat cars, with a compact structure, high reliability, good universality, and easy installation and maintenance. Gears are made by carburizing, quenching, and grinding.
3. Wheel set
The wheels are crane specific wheels, made of ZG55, with overall quenching, wheel tread and inner rim hardness HB320-380, and a depth of 20mm; The axle is made of 45 # steel quenched and tempered heat treatment, the bearing seat is made of ZG45, and the bearing adopts radial roller bearings. The axial automatic micro centering of this bearing can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation and lateral parallelism deviation of the track under no-load and full load conditions, ensuring the balance of the flat car running on the track and improving its service life. After the wheels are assembled, they should rotate flexibly.
4. Battery:
The flat car adopts lead-acid traction batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries) for traction, which comply with the standard GB/T 7403.1-1996 "Lead acid traction batteries". It is mainly used as a DC power source for handling vehicles, forklifts, etc. used in industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, docks, and stations, and can also be used as a supporting power source in other aspects.
5. Charging machine
Fully automatic intelligent charger. One click operation, automatic power-off when fully charged. The charger has a staged quasi constant voltage and constant current automatic charging function, and its charging curve fully conforms to the charging characteristics of lead-acid batteries. It also has complete protection functions such as short circuit, overcurrent, battery reverse connection, and no-load, so that the machine can automatically stop charging when any of the above faults occur, effectively protecting the charger and user equipment.
6. Vehicle control box:
The onboard control box is installed on the lower side of the electric flatbed frame to provide protection. All electrical components are selected from products with high technological content and good reliability. The control system is equipped with leakage protection switch overload protection and emergency power-off control components, and the control circuit is set to a safe voltage of 36V. The entire electrical equipment is equipped with distribution protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, voltage loss protection, zero position protection, emergency power-off protection, safety signs, etc., ensuring safe, accurate and reliable transmission performance, control performance, and protection performance, and can safely stop in emergency situations.
