The installation and specifications of electric flatcars need to be well-known to everyone, and employee safety and future production security should be in their own hands.
1、 Before the operation of the electric flatcar:
1. The operator should carefully read the accompanying manual before use, familiarize themselves with the principles and operating procedures of the equipment.
2. Confirm that there are no items piled up within a 1-meter radius on either side of the track and in the middle of the track.
3. Check the contact between the conductive pillar and the track. If there is no contact, it needs to be manually restored.
4. Check for loose or sparking marks on the wire ends of the distribution box. Check if there are any loose or sparking marks between the wire ends and copper bars in the wiring pit, and check if there are any abnormalities in the on-board distribution box. Only after confirming that there are no abnormalities can power be transmitted.
5. After inserting the controller, confirm that the mode is in jog mode, jog to confirm that the alarm and warning lights are working properly, and then gradually test whether each button is effective. Only after confirming that there are no problems can the high-speed train be used.
6. Switch the electric vehicle control mode based on the length of transportation distance and actual situation. Jogging mode: Press the walking direction button to start walking, release the button to cut off power and stop the vehicle. Long range mode: After pressing the walking direction button, the vehicle starts to move, even if the button is released, it can still move. When it needs to stop, press the stop button. In any mode, if an emergency situation occurs, the emergency stop button must be immediately pressed. Once this button is activated, the vehicle will stop immediately.
2、 During the operation of the electric flatcar:
1. During the use of the vehicle, it is important to note that materials should not be stacked higher than 1.5 meters to ensure that they are firmly stacked, not loose, overloaded, wide, or long.
2. Equipment operators should concentrate on operating the vehicle, pay attention to the situation ahead in the direction of travel, and observe the operation of other equipment around them to ensure that they do not collide with other equipment during operation. Equipment operators are not allowed to do anything unrelated to their work during the operation process.
3. An electric flatbed is equipped with a connecting hook at the front and rear, which can be used to tow other flatbeds or be towed when necessary. It should be noted that when the flat car is being towed, the brake must be released first to prevent damage to the gears or V-belts, and the rated speed of the flat car should not be exceeded, otherwise the motor may be in an overspeed rotation state and damaged.
4. Vehicle operators should pay attention to their own position (standing on the side of the vehicle (with the control box)) and maintain a certain safe distance from the vehicle while walking. Operators are strictly prohibited from standing on the platform to operate vehicles.
5. During use, operators should pay attention to whether there are any abnormal situations with the vehicle. Once any abnormalities are detected, the vehicle should be immediately shut down for maintenance, and can only be put into use after the fault is resolved.
6. When approaching the end of the track, pay attention to using the jog mode, stop in advance, and avoid hitting the stopper, which may cause the material to slide and injure people due to inertia.
7. Pay close attention to the operation of other flat cars on the same track and provide reminders to avoid collisions between multiple cars.
3、 After the electric flatcar runs:
1. After the use of the vehicle, the materials on the flatbed platform must be cleaned up to ensure that there is no accumulation of items on the platform.
2. The vehicle should be parked in a place that does not excessively affect the operation of other equipment.
3. After parking, it is necessary to check the condition of the vehicle again, such as whether the conductive device is normal and whether the on-board distribution box is abnormal. Then unplug the controller, lock the on-board distribution box, and cut off the control power of the electric flat car.
4、 Other precautions for electric flatcars:
1. Electric flatcars shall not be used as other work platforms for other operations such as electric welding, gas welding, etc.
2. The electric flatbed platform shall not be used as a long-term storage area for materials. The use of flatbeds should be planned and scientific, and prolonged occupation is strictly prohibited.
3. The track shall not be used as a grounding wire.
4. There is a potential difference between the two tracks, and conductive materials should not be placed horizontally on the two tracks to avoid accidents.
5. The track requires insulation, and flushing and other operations are not allowed on the ground in the middle or near both sides of the track to avoid electric shock and equipment damage.
6. The stopper at the track end is only used as a safety protection measure and cannot be used as a routine parking device.
