Electric handling vehicle is an advanced low-noise, pollution-free handling vehicle that can be used for short distance handling operations on general roads.

This car has a compact size and is easy and comfortable to operate. Easy to drive, intersect, and turn in narrow passages. This car adopts advanced chopper, which is more efficient and generates less heat than traditional contactor resistance control. The driving circuit is simple, reliable, and has less noise. This car starts smoothly and returns evenly, with single pedal acceleration control for forward and backward acceleration, and has a reverse jog function. The lighting signals and warning devices are complete.

Main components of convertible battery handling vehicle:

The electric transport vehicle series is a six wheel support, front wheel steering, rear wheel drive, and uses a chopper for stepless speed regulation of the transport vehicle. It mainly consists of five parts: body system, drive system, steering system, control system, electrical system, etc.

(1) Vehicle body system

The frame of this vehicle is welded with channel steel and steel plates, and fixed to the frame with bolts. The instrument panel is equipped with display heads, handbrakes, key switches, light switches, direction bar adjustment devices, etc. The battery box is welded with steel plates, positioned with diagonal blocks, and fixed to the frame with bolts.

(2) Drive system

The drive system consists of a DC series motor (with a reducer/drive axle integrated), half shaft, wheel hub, wheels, etc

form.

(3) Steering system

The steering system consists of a steering wheel, steering column, electronic booster, steering axle, front wheels, etc.

The electronic booster has the advantages of low steering resistance, low reverse impact, high angular transmission ratio, flexible and lightweight steering, and easy installation and debugging. The entire steering head is fixed to the frame through a slewing support and bolts.

When turning the steering wheel, the front wheels are rotated by connecting with the steering column and driving the tie rod, with a maximum steering angle of ± 45 degrees.

(4) Control system

The control system consists of foot brake control, hand brake control, accelerator pedal, light switch, etc.

(5) Electrical system

The electrical system adopts 80V, 24V, 12V, etc., and the power supply uses lead-acid batteries. The speed of the DC series excited motor is controlled by a HIDN type controller to achieve the driving and speed regulation of the vehicle.

The electrical system includes batteries, motors, controllers, accelerators, display heads, headlights, turn signals, brake lights, etc

Speaker and other equipment.
