We often encounter some problems when using electric flatcars. Today, Hangzhou Longli Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has summarized several solutions to common problems with electric flatcars.

、 The braking distance is too long. Reason: Brake ring wear. Solution: Adjust the brake bolt or replace the brake ring.

、 Electric flatcars cannot be restarted after stopping when transporting heavy objects. Reason 1: The system voltage is too low or fluctuates too much. Solution: Wait until the voltage returns to normal before starting. Reason 2: Motor phase loss. Solution: Check the phase number of the power supply.

、 The electric flatcar produces excessive noise during operation. Reason 1: Electrical control cabinet malfunction: Abnormal noise occurs when the control circuit generally emits a "humming" noise, mostly due to contactor malfunction. Solution: Repair the faulty contactor. If it cannot be repaired, it must be replaced. After treatment, the noise will be eliminated by itself. Reason 2: Gearbox malfunction Solution: Stop the machine for inspection. First, determine whether the gearbox or bearings of the reducer have been lubricated before use, and whether the lubricating oil is regularly replaced during use. If not lubricated as required, the reducer will not only produce excessive "buzzing" sound, but also wear or damage the gears and bearings.

、 The temperature rise of the motor is too high. Reason 1: Overloading: Overloading causes the motor to heat up, and long-term overloading will burn out the motor. Solution: The load capacity of the electric flatbed must be within the rated load range. Reason 2: Motor bearings are damaged. Solution: Replace the motor bearings. Reason 3: Work schedule not specified. Solution: When using, strictly follow the motor working system.

、 The electric flatcar has no power display. Reason 1: Without power, is the electrical system supplying power to the electric flatbed. Solution: Use a test pen to test. If there is no power supply, wait until power is supplied before resuming operation. Reason 2: Phase loss: Electrical damage, circuit disconnection, or poor contact in the main and control circuits of the drive motor can also cause the flat car drive motor to malfunction due to phase loss. Solution: Repair the main and control circuits. During maintenance, in order to prevent the power supply from the main and control circuits to the three-phase motor from missing phase and burning out the motor, or to prevent the electric flatbed drive motor from suddenly running and causing harm, it is necessary to disconnect the motor from the power line first, only supply power to the main and control circuits, then jog the start and stop switches, check and analyze the working condition of the control electrical appliances and circuits, repair or replace the problematic electrical appliances or circuits, and only restart the test after confirming that the main and control circuits are not faulty.
